In small groups (4 people) workshops are held at fixed dates or after individual appointment.
A kintsugi workshop lasts 4 mornings/afternoons and takes at least 4 weeks. Time is needed to harden the material.
day 1: introduction - preparing materials - priming with ki urushi.
day 2: making the glue, gluing.
dag 3: cleaning the surface, polishing, making the fillings.
dag 4: polishing, finishing with goldpowder
A lacquer workshop depends on the technique being used and takes at least 4 mornings/afternoons.
The program will be adapted to personal wishes and material

A "dai" is a wooden plate on which a Ikebana flower arrangement can be placed.
This workshop was attended by teachers of Sogetsu ikebana and Mio Heki, an urushi master from Kyoto introduced us to this art.
